III. Failure and troubleshooting methods of weak or low speed back dragging

IV. Key points of drilling operation

1. Start the diesel engine at idle speed or low speed (the rotating speed is no more than 1000r/min), and run it at low speed for 10-30 minutes; If it is in winter, it must run at no load and low speed until the hydraulic oil temperature is above 10℃ before loading and construction.

2. Oblique drilling is very important. Do not make the drilling tool take a sharp bend. There should be more measuring points accordingly. 5. Key points of preparation before starting the rig

4. Alkaline batteries should be used for the probe. After the battery is used once, it can never be used again.

IX: hydraulic oil usage and precautions

(1) hydraulic oil is the power Blood of the whole machine. (3) it is recommended to use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil when the temperature is between 10 degrees and 40 degrees; It is better to use No. 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil when the temperature is lower than 10 degrees; It is better to use No. 32 low-setting hydraulic oil when the temperature is lower than minus 10 degrees. 10: use and maintenance of track chassis

1. All traveling wheel should be filled with lubricating oil at one time. There is no need for refueling and maintenance at ordinary times, but the planetary gear box of walking reducer should be checked once after working for one year. 2. After completing a project, the track tightness should be checked. If it is too loose, open the square cover on the side of the walking frame, remove the anti-withdrawal card block and tighten it.
